Pictures- 92 BG or 482 BG Medal Ceremony? 2nd Try!

Does anyone recognize anybody in these pictures taken in mid-1943 in England? Who is the officer handing out the medals? If we can even identify one person, then I will know what unit my uncle was assigned to for the biggest part of his military service. I believe one shows my uncle Lt. Raymond E. Diltz receiving his Air Medal. My brave and beloved uncle was killed when his B-17 hit a mountain in northern UK in Sept. 1943. Thank you for any help! Ray H. Diltz
