I am looking to contact family, friends and veterans of B-24 aircraft #41-29259, 734th Squadron, 453rd Group. On 21 July 44, during a mission to bomb targets in Munich, the aircraft collided mid-air with another aircraft (#42-95171) and crashed near Darmsheim, Germany (12 miles SW of Stuttgart). Six of the nine crew members, including my uncle, were killed in the crash and remained listed as missing in action until after the war. Following is a list of the crew members from bomber #41-29259:
