Need help identifying Air Corps Pin

Hi and thanks for the help.  Please see the attached picture.  I have looked on a bunch of other sites with no joy.  Pin has three neat linked-chains, red white and blue.  Wings with propeller in center.  Also, the white chain is lose and came off.  Am I correct in assuming the order should be red, white, and then blue?  (before I reattach ;-)
Again thanks  much.

Without a better/clearer picture of the wings portion of the pin, possibly including something to judge the size of the pin, this is probably impossible to identify.  It may be a "one-off" pin made for a wife or girlfriend.  It is possible the "wings" portion is an official pin of some sort (air cadet or something) that was used to make the complete pin.  Is the propeller two bladed or 4 bladed?  Often propellers were used on flight engineer pins/badges, (but not always).

The one thing "I think" I can see is that the "wings" are very stylized, simple and straight  "horizontal".  This is somewhat unusual, as British/RAF type wings generally seem to "droop" and US type wings, while extending more or less horizontal, generally have a slight curve upward and have very "bird-like"  wings.   It may not even be a military pin, but some sort of airline pin, (or maybe even a Cracker-Jack prize).   Two good sites for reference that have lots of examples of wings from many nations are linked below.   I tried to skim though a few of some of the  likely countries listed,  but could not find anything close.
