    Hello,
    Thank you for the response.
    Sadly for some reason beyond me the file downloaded will not open.
    In short who is it about ?
    As for Higgins , that cannot be the same man as he not US Airman.
    Many thanks

    From Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from registration card in Fold3 if same man DoB given as Sept 20th 1914. But see in The above Colorado ?
    ::(
    Then again...
    I see that there are at least 21 servicemen with the name and :( Several are listed as Air Force ...
    One that could be him is also from Pittsburgh though, DoB 1918 enlisted 15/2/1942 number 20329063 from County Schuylkill.
    I will have to keep looking and may be lucky in time and get the right one .
    Thanks again
    Alex

    Thank you for the replies and links.
    How do you find things so quickly ? It takes me hours if not several days.
    All three are mentioned in "Yellow Tails".
    Sometime I must gat the book.
    Again many thanks.
    Now all is to find serial numbers of their aircraft.
