I'm researching the details behind the markings applied to the first aircraft (B-17F) of the 358th BS, 303rd BG to arrive in the UK.

Several of them had their artwork applied mid-fuselage and I wanted to track down the unit diary for October 1942 and November 1942, to find out what exactly was happening in the squadron at that time.

I would also be keen to see the diary for May 1943.

I’m assuming the 358th had its own diary, but perhaps the 303rd BG diary is what I need?
    Help appreciated.

    Thanks for the suggestion Airwar.
That second link looks like it might have what I'm looking for.
