Thank you, Jaap another interesting crew loss investigation, aircraft and crew MIA on 8 Oct 1944 . In a Joe Baugher search for this plane http://www.joebaugher.com/usaf_serials/1942_5.html it was discovered two MACR's exist (sort of!) the second is basically tagged on to another changing the crew status from MIA to Declared Dead. No mention of crash site found or remains recovery (which they obviously were at some point, not explained here). Baugher: C-47A-65-DL-42-100595 (MSN 19058) with 443rd TCG condemned missing Oct 10, 1944. MACR 9078 and 9095.
Jaap's attachment post #1 is from MACR 9078 (all of three pages and that includes blank page 1 with the MACR number) page 3 attached, see fold3 https://www.fold3.com/image/28687920
MACR "9096" is regarding the loss of B-25J 43-3964, 6 Oct. 1944, however oddly has an attached "forward" which includes MACR 9095, see fold3 https://www.fold3.com/image/28692852 2 pages attached
