I have that picture. I wish there were one of this plane with Clark Jensen's crew but have not been able to locate one.
I have a letter from a survivor of that crash written to my mother a couple weeks after it happened. It describes the crash in detail almost moment by moment. Quite a treasure. I'm still trying to locate anyone who might have known him during his time in England. No luck so far.

Re:More 446 BG Images (batch #5) (B-24 Best Web)

446th's SATAN'S SISTER (no crash info)...
http://www.b24bestweb.com/satanssister-v4.htm
Re:More 446 BG Images (batch #5) (jcline)

Great pics, but now I'm confused. It seems too much of a coincidence that both planes that I know my person of interest piloted off and on, crashed on the same day. He was flying Satan's Sister on April 27, 1944 when it crash landed in England. Now I see the caption on Old Faithful - which he also piloted on occasion, crash landed on the same day. Does that information seem right?

I know my information about Satan's Sister is correct, but I hadn't ever seen the crash date for Old Faithful listed before.
Re:More 446 BG Images (batch #5) (B-24 Best Web)

PICs & More Info on OLD-FAITHFUL...
http://www.b24bestweb.com/Pics-O-OLD_D-OLD_G.htm
Re:More 446 BG Images (batch #5) (jcline)

Oh yes.
