the problem is, that both MACRs (15446 and 15524) from footnote give the serialnumber for both planes as &gt;&gt; 42-29658.
 
there is a mistake in the documents.

The April 17, 1943 was a disaster for the 306th Bomb Group.
They lost on this day 40 percent of the 24 aircraft assigned for the Focke Wulf plants at Bremen.
10 Aircraft with crew where shot down by the Luftwaffe.

I have two more planes:
 
First Lt. Frank Watson crew und First Lt. Fred Gillogly.
