Peter,
I have not been able to find much information regarding the plane & crew that you inquired about but here's what I've found thus far.

Crew:
2/Lt James Klentzman - pilot
2/Lt Thomas J. Fort - co-pilot
F/O Raymond Barbe - navigator
2/Lt Alvin Meers - bombardier
(Unsure of position of enlisted crewmen)
S/Sgt Louis Corpora - Top Turret/Engineer (?)
Sgt Henry Webb - Radio Operator (?)
Sgt Earl Surritte - Gunner
Sgt Raymond Zielinski - Gunner
S/Sgt Richard D. Goforth - Gunner - (Listed on Tablets of Missing - Florence- Americano Cemtery)
Sgt Phillip Jockell - Gunner

And following is the only mission description that I have: (From Nat'l Archives)
"On 16 June the target was Kagram Oil Refinery at Vienna, Austria.  Twenty-eight planes dropped 57.5 tons of bombs.  One ship was missing to the heavy flak.  Enemy fighters were sighted over the Lake Balaton area but none of them attacked the formation."

That's all the information that I have.  I do not have a copy of the MACR #6020.

Hope this helps.
