Anti Aircraft Units with 358th?

Hello everyone,
 
Is anyone familiar with Anti Aircraft units and where they were stationed alongside the 358th during the war?
 
Was there an AAA Gun Bn or several attached to the FG?
 
I'm curious to learn more about time on the ground and get a outsiders "inside" perspective.
 
Does that make sense?

The Orange tails book mentions several ancillary units attached to the 358TH. No mention of any AA units though.

Here is a link to the 358th Fighter Group http://www.8thafhs.org/fighter/358fg.htm giving station locations. I believe you will need to check Army records to determine what AAA units may have been covering those locations.

Thanks, but not as much help as I would have liked, as you perhaps have a Long research project ahead, these AAA units may have rotated around to different areas. This is possibly an off forum subject, but I’d like to know what you discover.

Hey Scott,
Yep.  Looks like they were all over the place and I see where they could have even been allied units in some places as well.  Will keep you posted as more info is uncovere, but looks like a long haul!
