It has been re-issued to the delight of many of us. Price is around $42.  If I may, the decal set includes a set for the 459th BG.  If anyone buys the kit and does not use that part of the sheet I'd be interested it them for my 459th models.  The other half of the set is for an 8th AF Liberator, I forgot which one.  Thanks,  GM Strong

Re:Monogram B-24J re-issued
I still have my "boxed" original Monogram B-24J-125-CO "ON DE-FENSE"  1:48 scale kit (unassembled) from approximately 20years ago, from the 8 AAF, 380 BG, 530 BS, 42-109995 (original nose art pic attached). It, along with a PB4Y-1, is the only remains of the 4 Libs that I had as "another Retirement project."

I have one from the 1990's in the stash. Don't know if it has the decals you are looking for...

Re:Monogram B-24J re-issued
The new release has them.  The older ones don't except for the 1976 vintage has some 15th AF decals.   I just want the new ones.  I have some older kits that I'm working on.  2 were kits that were started that I got cheap and managed to disassemble.  Older decals can be fragile, so be careful trying to use them.  Sometimes they disintegrate instead of sliding off.  As Assoc Historian for 459th, I've recreated a series of planes but had to use my own skill at putting the Appropriate markings.
New release kit has "Kentucky Belle," B-24J, 44-40268, 706th Bombardment Squadron, 446th Bombardment Group, 8th Air Force, based at Bungay, Suffolk, England and 2. "Patches," B-24J, 42-51978, 756th Bombardment Squadron, 459th Bombardment Group, 15th Air Force, Giulia Field, Cerignola, Italy, 1944.
