12th TRS F-6D "Sugar Train"?

Hey all,
 
I'm looking for any information on an F-6D called "Sugar Train" that flew with the 12th TRS.  I've got a photo of it and I'm hoping that once I get the ultra-hi res scanner that I'll be able to break out the serial number, but if anyone's got the tail number and individual code letter (ZM*?) I'd be most appreciative.  The pilot's name is actually painted on it as well, but it too will have to wait for a much higher resolution scanner.

    Afraid I can't help you with the s/n.  But "Airfoil" #4 has a photo of Sugar Train on page 8.  Neither the s/n or the code shows... BUT!  But the caption states that the code was ZM*S, and the pilot's name is Lt. Earl Miner.  By the way, the photo I'm referring to was taken at Fürth, Germany.
     
    I know that's not all the info you were looking for, but I hope this little bit helps.

    Mr. Ivie has a book called Patton's Eyes with the same photo.
    He has the serial number 414565 in the caption.
    Very good book on the 10 TRG with many photo's of the P-51/F-6 .
    Got mine at Border's.

    It has a photo of the recon P-38 on the front but most of it is about the recon Mustangs.
    I was not going to look inside but I'm glad I did.
    Very good book,well I think so.
