Can anyone help with the crew lists for these aircraft ?
42-40313, 41-11776 and 42-40655

I don't know where the name "FOUR EYES" came from. I have photos of 42-40655 on the ground and in flight with the S/N clearly visible and named DAMFINO. Also; Amos Nicholson has told me personally, he painted the nose art.

The Name is from a Book that Joe Colasuanno gave me.
The Desert Rats by Michael Hill.
If incorrect , I will refrain from using that name.
Also - it lists 665 as last 3 numbers - Incorrect Also ?

here are the crew lists you were looking for on Aug 1, 1943 mission.
You may also be interested in the book "Out of the Desert" by John E. Blundell, a photographer attached to the 98th BG who published his memoirs in this book. This book has a full listing of all aircraft with crew listing in the back participating in the Aug 1, 1943 Ploesti Raid. ISBN is 156311536-0.
