I concur with Skybears comment.  While there is a possibility that someone may recognize someone in your photo it may take weeks or months before that person happens to come upon your post.  The 'hit count' for your posting shows that people have been looking at it but most members won't post a reply just to say we don't have an answer to your question.  So please don't feel that you are being ignored.  There are many members of this forum who have an amazing depth of knowledge but you realize that you are looking for a needle in a haystack.  Dare I ask if you can identify which person in the photo is your grandfather?  It's not an easy task to identify someone in a 63 year old photo.   It's only been two days plus you have spread your request across three separate postings which makes it more difficult for the forum members to figure out what you're looking for and what information has already been provided.  You may consider re-posting your photo on your original thread which has the reply from ShooShooBaby and posting any further remarks just to that thread.  Also providing your grandfathers name and anything else you know about him might help jog someone's memory.  Based on the inscription at the bottom of the photo it was taken at Camp Kilmer, New Jersey sometime around October 29, 1945.  Good luck in your search.
