Who is the pilot of this P-47D?

I know most of those victory markings maybe ground claims but still a nice photo. Can't remember where I got the photo. Thank you Rick Attached Image(s)

I showed the picture to my father-in-law who flew in the 373 fg 411 squadron. He could not recognize the pilot but said the plane is from the 410 squadron and that the picture was most likely taken in Rheims, France in Septmeber of 1944. That was the only time the 373 fg had a "real airport" to work from. I hope this was helpful.
