    Jaap,

The pilot was T/Sgt Samuel D. Brose of the 125th Liaison Squadron. Occurred December 1, 1944. The incident is listed in the accident summary as a "takeoff accident". The airstrip is shown as Y-44 near Maastricht. Brose was not seriously injured.

Hi, I happen to find that you where looking for some information on a pilot by the name of Samuel D. Brose. That pilot is my father. My father just past away two days ago, and did fly over in Europe during the war.  I am interested in any information you may have, or if I can help you, email me back.  Shelley
