Sidney Novell 1LT 535 Bomb Squadron

Looking for information on Sidney Novell 1LT,   O-415392,   KIA: 26 Jul 1943,  535 BS
Lt Novell was killed by flak on the mission to Hamburg, Germany. No other casualties and aircraft
returned to base.
Since there is no MACR I am trying to locate the aircraft SN, crew info etc.
Any help is appreciated.

    "On his first mission, Lt Sidney Novell was killed by flak over the target, the squadron's first casualty of this kind. Novell was navigator on Chapman's crew."   
     
    Chapman is probably Frank G Chapman.  
    On the same link there is a reference to Frank G Chapman.  He is listed in what appears to be a crew list:  (or at least the officers in the crew).

    There is a short piece of how Lt Sidney Novell died in the 381st 242nd Medical Detachment Diary for 26th July 1943. But does not mention the aircraft

    During the course of my research, I've noted him as being the navigator of 'Tinker Toy' on that mission.

    acoording the losses of the 8th and 9th airforce he was killed on 25 july 1943 and was on the B-1742-5846
