Linda:
I have S/Sgt Norman A Hollis flying 10 missions with the 445th Bomb Group including his last mission on Kassel on 27 Sept 44.  I will be able to provide more info over the weekend.

I printed the picture out at the library and brought it home and tried to compare it with the news photo and his yearbook photo. Too hard to tell if he is in the crew photo, but if I was to take a guess it would be far left, in the front row. Just to hard to be sure.

Linda,

You will want to visit the website for the mission he went down on at http://kasselmission.com . We have a very active group. There is a hint that the whole debacle was covered up. We are endeavoring to undo that now. You'll find lots of accounts and information on the site. My dad (see avatar pic) was one of 6 B-24 pilots to make it safely back to England that day.
