Would appear KONDITIRI BABY was assigned 306thBG Thurleigh 31st oCTOBER 1944. Flew with 306thBG till end of WW2, transferred out to 381st BG May 0f 1945. Explanation may e the exchange of war weary B-17's in 1st Air Division between 306th-381st, in exchange for a 381st H2X PFF ship?? 306th were about to fly, in partnership wth the 305thBG, the CASEY JONES project photomapping Europe.

As Lee posted, 43-38802 ended her days at Kingman AZ, 4th December 1945.
