P-40N "Anvil Chorus" from 26thFS ?

Would anybody have more infos or photos on a P-40N named "Anvil Chorus" seen in "P-40 in action" (Sq/Signal book).
Tail # could be 282 or 262.

    Hi Jean... I have not seen the picture in the book but when I saw your post I called my father as that was the very name on his P-40. I can get you other photo's but you may want to speak with him about it and the history behind it. I found it very interesting. Let me know if you would like to give him a call and I will be glad to get you his contact info. He does not do much on email but his wife can help out there.
