On november ,10 1944 P-38J-10-LO serialnumber 42-67861 from the 474 FG was lost near St-Hubert ( Belgium ). Who was the pilot and what happened with him ?

1Lt.Ernest M.Carsten 0-757951 was killed in the crash and is buried at Golden Gate National Cemetery,San Bruno, California.
