Hello! New here and researching WWII history of my uncle, 1st Lt Louis V. Girard. KIA in Ploesti mission, 68th squadron, co-pilot on A/C commanded by Capt Rowland B. Houston. Account as described by German ME-109 pilot. Entire crew lost after leaving target. Previously, Lt Girard was a Flying Sergeant with RCAF. I believe he flew Mosquitos. Any info on him during his RCAF service would be most appreciated. Also would like to find photos of him during entire wartime service. Have found record of his 11 44th BG missions on the 44th's website. Any other useful sites? Thanks,
