New to Site looking for Info
I am trying to obtain more information of my grandfathers crew. I have very limited knowledge of his time in Seething He was a pilot in the 448th and flew a b-24 with the nose art of a "?". His name is Louis Cepelak and is from New York. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

Bits and Pieces does list a 448th B - 24
with name " The Question Mark ".
Unfortunately , No Serial # Listed.

Hi Kevin, I am Dudley Halls youngest son. We have some pictures of the crew I could E-mail if you like. Most of it is at my sisters so let me know. Oh and user donall has my dad listed as navi. but he was Bomb.

The crew list I supplied in my post of 1/04/10 is a direct copy from the "Roster of Replacement Crews Ordered To Combat Duty" archived on "The Official Website of the 448th Bombardment Group".
I have cross checked additional resources and they are consistent in content.
It is not uncommon for errors, such as you mention, to be encountered.
I am pleased you were able to bring this discrepancy to our attention so it can be duely noted.
