Here is information from association database: Negelspach Russell H. 35342850 448th SD 648 Radio Repair. To 858 AESq

Radiorepaiman in the 448th SupDepot(1943-1945), later designation the 858th Air Engineering Squadron, 432nd Air Service Group designation in April 1945 just shortly before VE Day

I am not aware of any pictures of him.
