Major Maurice V. Salada

Hello all.
I'm trying to track down a reasonable picture of Major Maurice Salada, later to be Lt Col and deputy Co of the 306thBG. He went on to 40thCBW HQ's and 1st AD. Salada was a long standing officer and pilot having arrived with the first wave of 306th peronnel at he end f 1942, remaining with them till late 1944.

Doesnt have to be himself on own, can be mixed with others, but must be able to identify him by position/name.

Ive tried the 306th's Russ Strong, but he has no picture record of Salada amongst the group archives. So I'm hoping either a 306th veteran or a veteran's family might have such a picture within a collection that they are willing to copy and share.

Thanks Regards Ian W

Did you ever get a response to this?  I may be able to help, but I'd like to know more first.

    Thanks.
