i am looking for info about Lt. Thomas J. Taylor 358 FS.
He crashed on 9. February 1945.
He flow P 51 YFA 44-14428

Where crashed his plane ?

    Thomas Taylor went down NE Giesen, NW Alsfeld while penetrating heavy cloud/haze cover.

    Jaap - thanks for additonal info. I noticed there was no KUJ report attached to Macr 12335 and that the Macr describes 'last seen' position versus 'seen to crash'..
     
    What source did you find for the actual crash location?
     
    Shortly I will send you my updated 355th Files - Thanks for clearing up the actual crash site and recollections of Blair and Watkins
