Unfortunately, if there is no underline for the person's name, there is no further reference to that person on the web site.
How do you know he was a pilot? I notice there is not even that much information on the listing. Do you know a crew number? Time of service? Was he the pilot or copilot? If he was the copilot do you know the name of the pilot or other crew members?
I will ask my father if he knew Lt Skalomenos. Unfortunately, he doesn't remember as well as he used to.

Lt Skalomenos he was a pilot. I found the info in the link "Air echelon" 764thBS. Crews Alphabeticaly by pilot name. Date assigned 3/12/45 crew number 136.
