I have a photo of the crew. Need names. Anyone have information?

Yes.  See http://www.494thbombgroup.com/  Go to the 867 Bomb Squadron roster page. The crew of 44-40729 (the Hay Maker) is crew number 057 (with no suffixes). There are 10 men named, starting with Robert Alft (my wife's uncle).

Thanks for the information on the website. Jim Leddy emailed me some information on the crew names and had a photo of the crew and the nose art. I believe my photo has the ground crew also because it is of 16 men next to the plane. My uncle a crew chief an is the one at the bottom right. Behind them it shows the nose art. I also have a picture of my uncle sitting on a couple of bombs and behind him you can see the whole plane. It is a little far off but you can make out the tail numbers. Any photos you may have I would be interested in.
