Looking for a P-51 "Strafing Ace" - 08/14/2008 10:39:22 PM

I'm looking for information on a family member who was a P-51 'strafing ace'.
His name is Alton Brooks, and I recall (as a young child) hometown newspaper photos tauting 15 ground kills.
Can anyone point me in a direction to find out more about this guy?

It didn't mean much to me back then, but having done my time in the air, I can now appreciate what he did.
