Can anybody help me to find some information about LTC Jack W. Crow. He was a P47 Thunderbolt pilot WW II.

YES !! Terry this is the man. Do you now in wot for fighter Group he Flew?. Because he was a eyewitnis for a crach with Richard T Deabler. Richard was into the 36 FG, 53FS. The crach was in 21 may 1944 in France.

Sorry, as of yet have found nothing more than Jack Crow retired as a Lt.Col.  Best bet would be  to find more info about him, perhaps his native community. Lots of info on the net, might be a good place for your to search.

My educated guess would be that 1st.Lt. Jack W Crow  (Later Lt.Col) was attached to the 36FG/35FS, as he was witness to many 35FS losses on different MACRs.

Thank you very much Terry!!. I always thought that the complete 36 FG was station at Kingsnorth ( England). Now with your information I now that Jack W Crow and Richard T Deabler where in the same FS. This FS must be station at Brenzett,Kent (England) at that time. Thanks for you help i making a bio of Major Richard T Deabler all information are welkom .
