In the registry office of the town of Monzuno, Italy, I found the documents relating to the death of L.T. George H. Hensler, crashed on 28 April 1944 in Italy while flyng a P38 Lighting for photographic reconnaissance. He could belong both to the 3rd or 5th group. Does anybody know something more about this pilot, his squadron, his last mission? Thanks

MACR # 4195 from 28 Apr 44 lists F-5 42-13110 of the 5PRG as lost.
