This forum has been an amazing experience for me and it just keeps expanding my fun and opportunities. I just got my haircut this past weekend and my barber was talking with a few guys in the shop about how his grandfather was a tail gunner on a B24. He did not know what squadron or bomb group, but did know that the plane was called Mother of Ten. He is going to try and get more information for me, but this is all I have to go on right now. Can anyone help with a crew photo or any other info? Thanks as always.

Hello JB,

I don't have any crew photos, but I can identify the B-24. "Mother of Ten" was B-24 44-10556 assigned to the 448th BG/713th BS stationed at Seething, Norfolk, UK.
