I am looking for the copilot of the plane my father,Gordon Helgeson was a nose gunner in. It was called the Homesick Angel. The copilots name
was Edward P Robinson his serial number is 0-819415. He was with crew 23 of the 865th of the 494th bomb group.I have received this information
from another gentleman in hopes of locating him. The last anyone heard he was a commander of the
tracking station in Pretoria, South Africa. The bomb group is holding a reunion in Mpls,Mn this year in late May. I will post the information when I get the specific dates from my dad.My dad
said he was one smooth dude and would like to see
him and relive the past. If anyone get help I would appreciate it. Thank you and Happy New Year to all.
