GM Strong,

Thanks for the correct title and author.

He was my first guess, really.

According to the Barnes & Noble website; this book is only in Pre order status and won't be available until May 28, 2008.

I received my copy just a couple of weeks ago and I like it.  Some I have talked with have said it is short on text and not much help, but I have to respectfully disagree.  Though it is short on any type of lengthy text, it has a great deal to offer concerning the codes and the various formats.  I am just learning the art of decoding the IARCs but the book--to me--is VERY helpful.  I recommend it.  My compliments to Mr. Mann.

Jim:
The codes in Manns book covers more than just WWII, so becareful and make sure the code/explanations you look at is for the WWII and not the 1950s or later.

Jim:
I don't have a copy of Manns book, I just provided information to Bob that he might have used in it.
