Hi,Looking for any info on B-29 named the Admiral Nimitz. My father was the pilot for this plane. For some reason this particular plane has been hard for me to find any photos,and it is rarely named on any list on the message boards.
My father was in the 20th 501st stationed in Guam.I know he flew night missions bombing oil refineries.
His name is Harry "Red" Coleman.He will be 80 in Jan. and I am gathering info as a suprise !Please if anyone knows anything,has anything etc.
