who can help me with info about Henry L Nielsen 27 FG
He was pilot of P-47 4226362 and crashed on 11-16-1944.

Hi Michel,
2nd Lt Henry Nielsen was member from 524th FS "Hounds of Heaven". In my files, he was downed near Valence south of France, but no date. Maybe august 44.

I have MACR 9988, 16 Nov 44, 42-26362, Republic P-47D-22-RE Thunderbolt, Nielsen, Henry L, O-820559 , 27FS, 12AF, POW, Stalag Luft 3 Sagan-Silesia Bavaria (Moved to Nuremberg-Langwasser) 49-11, 524FS, 27FG, downed near Valence in the South of France (Squadron unknown to me at this time and not yet confirmed against MACR)
