"Hed Up 'N Locked" of 73rd FS

I all,
I'm new here from few minutes and  I saw many good things !
now I have a question about this P-47 of 73rd FS, I would like to know the  individual number , the USAF caption is :
"P-47D-11-RE  42-75379  "Hed Up 'N Locked"  73rd Fighter Squadron, 318th Fighter Group.  This aircraft burned during the early ours of June 26, 1944 after an attack by Japanese soldiers armed with Molotov cocktails"
Great thanks, I will prepare some colour profile of 73rd P-47D.
