I am currently working on a project to document the facts and circumstances surrounding the almost 600 Group Burials at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.  The below named individuals were interred as a Group Burial but the Missing Air Crew Report has very limited information.
I was just wondering if anyone had the facts and circumstances surrounding this crash.  Thank you for your time and assistance.

B-24, SN# 44-40780, was lost on a mine laying mission on the Yangtze River on 10/9/44.  This is all of the information I have on this plane.

2nd..Lt. Theodore N. Dickson #O-761903, temporary burial site at Mausoleum #2, Hawaii, relocated at request of next of kin to a private cemetery in the state of Washington.
 
1st.Lt. James W. Dunlap, #O-812556, temporary burial site at Mausoleum #2, Hawaii, relocated at request of next of kin to a private cemetery in the state of Indiana.
