Trying to find out if the 38th Bomb Squadron crew of the B-24 "Come Closer": William Bernheim, pilot; Edard Kubin, co-pilot; Dan Lawrey, ball turrent; Arnold Musick, wait gunner; Bill Sparrow, ground crew--was placed on "Come Closer" BEFORE or AFTER Mel Harms was assigned to "Come Closer" when the B-24 "The Chambermaid" crashed.

Lee's first mission was 29 Nov. 1944, Houseknecht I'll have to check, but I'm sure it was earlier.
