Crew photo and Award of Medals - 12/30/2005 02:26:00 PM
I have written onto the photos as much as I recall of who was there and why. If you can identify any additional persons , I'm sure all who read this post will appreciate it. These are valuable memories  for us.

I have a picture that sure looks like the exact setting with the logs and palm trees.  Your picture is pretty hard to see but it looks as if some of these guys look to be the same.  I have 8 men in my picture with the names of Lt. Dave Peavler, Baylis Harriss, C.W. Beaver, Ron Smith and the others in my photo are unknown.  Baylis Harriss (not a typo) was CO on 3/10/45 to 9/45.

I also have a similar picture. I believe that your Lt. Dave Peavler should be my grandfather.  Can I also get a scan of that photo if you still have it? (2 years later...)

Lt Dave "Louie" Peavler - bombadier
Maj Baylis Harriss - Pilot
SGt CW "Nails" Beaver - radio op.
Sgt Ron "Killer" Smith - engineer
Lt Hack - Co Pilot
Lt Johnson - Gunner
Lt Harlin - Navigator
