Crew members who flew with S/SGT Gene Koons - 05/18/2008 11:52:11 AM

I am looking for anyone who flew with S/SGT H.E. Koons. His full name was Hanan Eugene Koons. Most people called him Gene. He was trained at Mountain Home, Idaho and was stationed at Eye, England. He was a power operated gun turret specialist. My understanding is that he was the belly gunner. I don't know what squadron he was with, but I do know that he was part of the 490th BG. If anyone also can give me the name of the plane that he flew, I would be most appreciative. Thank you so much.
