Crew Information

Looking for the names and crew positions for aircraft 42-31277 that was interned in Sweden on 8 May 1944 and flown by Lt Thomas W Fishburn. The first page of the MACR is on fold3.com but it is cut off at the bottom where this information would be. I have googled the tail number with no success and searched this forum and no previous threads were found. Thanks in advance for any information
