Finley 373 FG/410FS - 08/08/2006 01:12:53 PM I'm looking after some informations about a crash of a P-47D-20RA 373 FG/410FS on the 05 October 1944 in Waasmont, Belgium. The name of the pilot was 1 Lt Robert C. Finley. He bailed out. Who can give me any confirmation about these facts? Who has a picture of this pilot? Thanks Alexander

Hi Alexander,

Found as date of his accident November 5th, 1944 ....
It it possible that he was from Clark County,Washington, born 1922 and enlisted on December 13,1942.
He didn't score any victories, he is not mentioned as killed nor pow.

No other details sa serial of the plane known to me.
