I'm trying to help out a gentleman who is building a precision model of Col. Ivan McElroy's P-40N. He was CO of the 80th FG from July 1943-44. The existing photo that he has does not show any tail markings... AC No. or Bu No. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
