I wonder if anybody can shed any light on what happened to C-47 42-101029 S/N 19492. The aircraft was orginally part of the 441st Troop Carrier Group and operated in the ETO dropping paratroopers and towing gliders into Normandy, Holland and Germany. thanks Gordon I will try to post a photo of her from 1944.

42-101029 That information from Joe Baughers site most likely came from the aircraft history card..sometimes the history card says where they went and sometimes they don't. Perhaps it was for a security reason, it could have went to OSS for runner of the CIA, etc. Terry T.
