B-26 Rat Poison

What group was this aircraft assigned to?

Text reads:  Martin B-26 Marauder Bomber "Rat Poison" visits 381st Bomb Group base near Ridgewell, Essex County, England. 27 November 1943.

Cockpit text reads "?. W. Harris".   B. S. Dugger "Eng" is written above nose gear door.  I can't figure out what that first letter of Harris's initials is supposed to be.

Thanks,
