Hello, this month there will be built a memorial for the crew of this a/c in Bucze(PL). On 18th March 1945, the "No Name Jive" from 568th BS "S" was hit by German flak over Berlin and tried to escape behind Russian lines. One engine was out, the plane crashed near Wutschdorf - today Bucze (Poland). The crew was A. Lundberg, H. Norman, R.C. Berymann, C. Chavet, M.J. Riley, J.B. Lunday, R.D. Niller, N. Dahlin, R.A. Proch. Berrymann, Dahlin, Chavet and Riley were KIA, rest retuned from Russia. Who has more information on this plane? Is there a picture of the crew or even the plane itself? That would be interesting... I will try to send some pictures of the memorial after its exposure. Regards Martin

Martin, Most likely there is a picture of the crew in front of the plane displayed in the 390th BG museum. I suggest that you contact Carolyn at: res390th@aol.com She should be able to supply you with a pic and other info. Regards, Hugh PS: Thank you for the memorial
