B17 42-30730 2Lt. Ramsey 24 April 1944 - 02/25/2008 09:43:05 AM

Hi I am trying to trace a B17 lost on 24th April 1944 on its way back from a raid on Oberpfaffenhofen.
It left the Formation near Augsburg according to MACR 4278.

It was a 306th BG 389th Aircraft Piloted by 2Lt David Ramsey

All the crew are shown as returned.

I think it may have come down eventually North of Neuburg

Does anyone have any Info?
