Mike, as a family member of one of this aircraft's crewmen, I certainly hope that it's true that negotiations are underway. If it is true, I am sincerely grateful to you for this information. Unfortunately, while we have heard rumors to this effect many times before, none of these rumors have turned out to be true. In fact, the families have reliable sources indicating to us that negotiations for sending a recovery team to this crashsite have never been initiated and are definitely not underway now.
