It occurs to me that in this forum, I have not announced the new 487th web site.
So, let me do that now....
In the past there were two 487th web pages, one authored by Tim Erskine, and the
other by me. This new web page combines the content from these 2 older web pages, and new content is being added often.
With the new web page, we have more 'space', more room to add so much
more. For instance there is a section for photos, and another for
personal stories. You are invited to send your stories and photos,
to be added to the web site. It is best if you send them through
email, but it's ok to send them through the US mail and I will scan
and add them. Please identify the people, places and things in the
photos (as best you can), so I can properly identify them when I put
them in our photo gallery.
So, check out your new 487th Bomb Group web page at www.487thbg.org,
and let me know what you think, offer suggestions to improve the
site, and tell your friends and neighbors about it! And of course
send your photos and stories to be added!!!
